Job description:
- A proven HR recruiting professional with at least four years of experience in a high performing environment-
- Experience in full life-cycle talent acquisition-
- Sourcing profiles from job portals, head hunting from professional networking sites and through references-
- Leveraging third party recruitment companies as needed-
- Resume screening-
- Analyzing feedback, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates and stakeholders-
- Following up with candidates until they join-
- Strong written and verbal communication skills-
The ideal candidate would have an entrepreneurial drive to one day own the talent function and grow a talent team- around them.- Candidates currently residing and working in Bangalore only-
Education:
UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization
Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
