Sr. Executive - Mumbai - Lumina - 2 to 7 years

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and design training curriculum for multiple lines of business
• Collaborates with subject matter experts for creating the right course content
• Use technology effectively to create innovative, engaging, and interactive learning materials
• Support the revision and delivery of existing courses and operations manuals across all lines of business
• Develop assessments, knowledge checks and quizzes to measure the effectiveness of training

Sk ills:

• Develop and curate softskills and technical courses
• Experience working with a Learning Management System and SCORM is must
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Attention to detail is a must
• Flexible, multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment with deadlines
• Good organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize workload and tasks
• Demonstrated understanding of learning theories, instructional design methods and design principles

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor s Degree required
• Degree or certification Instructional Design, Instructional Technology is preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of Instructional Design experience
• Proficiency with technology suites such as Articulate, Moodle MS Advanced PowerPoint, PowToons and other online tools
• Demonstrated proficiency with graphic design for learning (documentation, presentations, participant and facilitator guides, job aids, self-paced modules, etc.)

Preferred

• Classroom and virtual facilitation experience are a plus
