Relationship Manager - Used Car - Bangalore/Mysore

Roles and Responsibilities -

• To Plan and implement strategy to achieve business numbers and profitability.
• Managing Partners to tie up with Dealers, DSAs and direct business models.
• To Develop and Drive the business by ensuring healthy portfolio and achieve heathy IRR. Also, ensuring dealer and brokers are on boarded as per budget.
• Develop New and pre-owned car loans business cross branches and location.
• Portfolio Management
• Engage in managing the team, provide training & knowledge about the new product and policy of the organization.
• Manage, Allocate, assess business and leads from Channels/Dealers to Team leader, sales officers and coordinators tagged under there geographic territory.
• Maintaining relationship with Channels / Dealers and pre- asses in principle decision to fund the customer.
• Keeping an eye on the Nonstarter, PDD and creating new counters that can be a better business prospect in the future
