Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsibility for full recruitment lifecycle.
• Actively source for candidates to different positions using different strategies .
• Responsible for revenue generation and promoting employer brand .
• Coordinate with team leaders to understand clients hiring needs.
• Publish and manage job ads on careers pages, job boards and social media .
• May also create JDs for clients with the help of your reporting supervisor .
• Maintain candidates database including referrals.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Any Graduate or Post Graduate
• Experience : 6 months to 8 years ( Preferred in product hiring , startup or e commerce hiring )
• Proven experience in a Talent Acquisition role including sourcing, selection, and closing of candidates
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have technical recruiting experience ( Permanent roles )
