Job Summary
The Head of CRM is responsible for managing and driving growth of the company by ensuring all revenue opportunities are maximised.
Role description :
- Define requirements for effective use of the CRM and its infrastructure. Making sure the CRM is customer focused and working to maximize its effectiveness for sales.
- Working closely with the sales and marketing to provide guidance on how to maximise current and prospective relationships.
- Segmenting of the CRM to enable tailored and relevant marketing messages to customers to ensure the CRM provides an effective sales funnel and efficient sales process.
- Planning, managing and delivering multi-channel, digital CRM marketing campaigns.
- Working with external agencies and suppliers to ensure the successful delivery of the CRM plan.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Attending calls generated through campaigns, portals etc
* Cold calling to available data
* Communicating to customers regarding project in English/Hindi
* Pushing for site visits
* Post site visit calls for converting to booking
* Follow-ups* Managing Sales Software Panel* Team Handle of Customer Relationship Executive's (CRE) under her Belt.Qualifications and Skills
Any Graduate
Minimum 3 years experience in the real estate industry
Strong client relationship management skills
Excellent negotiation skills
Desire to make a significant contribution to a rapidly growing organization
Proven ability to work independently
A pro-active self-starter who can operate both individually and as part of a team
Superior presentation and excellent verbal and written communication skills
