Role:
- Responsible for blueprint and delivery of key services in our Supply Chain solution on-time, to scope and within the budget.
- Ability to rally and motivate teams towards the organization s goals, OKRs and good business outcomes. Acquire, build, and retain world-class talent in technology and domain.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, innovation, and delivery of capabilities in a cost efficient and timely manner
- Collaborate with the global team across Product (PD, PMG) and the broader organization in helping achieve consensus on key topics.
- Ensure teams follow and adhere to Agile development processes and standards.
- Drive architecture and designs to become simpler, more robust, and more efficient - to build, deploy and operate.
- Provide early visibility and mitigation to challenges through the journey.
- Confidently represents product and portfolio, including vision and functional and technical roadmaps, within the company and, when necessary, to customers
- Contribute and drive the team s contribution to our innovation track
Our current technical environment:
- Software: Java, Springboot, ReactJs, NodeJS, Gradle, GIT, Hibernate, Rest API, OAuth
- Application Architecture: Scalable, Resilient, event driven, secure multi-tenant Microservices architecture
- Cloud Architecture: MS Azure (ARM templates, AKS, HD insight, Application gateway, Virtue Networks, Event Hub, Azure AD)
- Frameworks/Others: Kubernetes, Kafka, Elasticsearch, Ignite, Apache Spark, NOSQL, RDBMS, Jenkins, App Dynamics, Splunk
What we are looking for:
- 15 + years of Experience in software development with 3 years of experience in building and leading Product solutions.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in working on Microservices architecture, data modelling and distributed system design
- Proven experience in leading engineering teams delivering enterprise-grade cloud native or cloud hosted applications and systems to scale.
- Expert knowledge of Development methodologies (Agile, SAFe, Kanban etc.) and the ability to adapt depending on the need.
- Leveraging objective use of data and KPIs to organize and report on Engineering from planning through delivery.
- Quality-first mindset with a data-driven root causing approach to bring change in product, process, and people.
- Prior experience working in a team-of-teams approach to align processes across product, sales, deploy and operate teams in ensuring customer success.
- Prior hands-on development experience and a career path that shows progression in leadership.
- Excellent collaborator/communicator - had run technical initiatives across departments
- Prefer profiles with previous experience with Supply Chain or any ecommerce products
