CAT Productivity - Test Automation Lead @ Caterpillar Inc

Looking for candidate who works with QA Engineers to accelerate delivery and drive quality by automation testing. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process.

Experience required:

• 7-10 Years of Experience in Automation Testing
• Experience leading a team of QA engineers

Skills Required:

• Hands-on experience in automation test frameworks (Behaviour Driven Development -Cucumber/ Java)
• Good experience in UI test automation tools - Selenium
• Exposure to Microservices AWS/Azure cloud testing.
• Experience in writing SQL Queries - DB Testing API Testing
• Integrate into and develop CI/CD pipeline to enable continuous integration and deployment of automation harness.
• Experience in Agile Methodology
• Experience in providing test estimation and doing code reviews.
• Strong software test engineering methodology and process expertise
• Stays current with industry trends and identifies technologies that will impact the business.
• Need to work closely with other Test Leads, Product Managers and System Architect and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Experience in being a mentor for a team comprising of both experienced - Manual tester as well as fresh graduates who are QA developers.
• Provide training to other members as needed.
