Job Description
It is expected that the persons
- execute and report E2E test automations
- analyze test results
- develop new test automations
- maintain test assets, including devices and servers environments
Persons should have willingness to learn E2E system functionality, including devices, Head End System(HES) and Metering Data Management (MDM) system. Good analytic skills are required when developing tests and debugging issues.
Skills required from automation developer
- Good - Robot Framework/Python
- Good - SQL database
- Selenium
Skills required from automation execution
- Basic - Robot Framework (need to understand how the tests work and how to debug failing test cases)
- Basic Jenkins (triggering test automations)
- Basic - SQL databases (many times need to debug from system databases)
- Interface testing tools, for example Soap UI (might need to do exploratory testing)
