Commerce Graduate/Post graduate [B.Com/ M.Com/Other specialization with concentration in Accounting] Minimum 5 years of RTR experience Excellent Communication skills [oral and written] Excellent Accounting Knowledge Excellent Analytical skills Ready to work in night shifts [Shift Timings: 18:30 to 03:45/ 19:30 to 4:45, Week Offs: Sat and Sunday] Manage a team of 20 RTR team members Track, Report, and Improve on SLA metrics Review High Priority Balance Sheet Reconciliations Drive Process Harmonization and Consolidation Participate in Client Meetings as RTR expert Discuss/resolve and Research client reported issues/escalations and resolve them with a robust action plan Ensure compliance for the team on Key Controls
