What will you be doing here

1. Sourcing potential candidates from various recruitment sources. 2. Screen incoming resumes and application forms and Interview candidates as per requirement. 3. Coordinating in conducting the Joining formalities for new joiners 4. Negotiating and Preparing Salary structures and taking approvals for the Offers to be rolled out. 5. Coordinating Hiring requirements with managers and maintaining healthy relationship throughout the organization 6. Fulfilling the vacancy in the given stipulated period of time

What skills do you need to succeed here

Aggressive in Hiring Solid verbal and written communication skills Experience with sourcing techniques Sound Knowledge of Fintech and NBFC Industry
