Job Description

We are looking for HR Exe/Talent Acquisition exe/ head hunters/ HR Recruiter.

Females can earn incentives+salary on every closing of candidate.

AIM providing Mobile+internet expenses.

Position : HR Recruiter/Exe.

Job mode : (WFH) Work from home

Experience : 2 - 5 yrs

Education : Minimum graduate

Gender : Females

Off Location : Navi Mumbai

Salary : Decent salary + Incentives

Job role :

Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and job platforms such as Shine, Indeed, LinkedIn and other portals).
Screen incoming resumes and schedule candidates for interview.
Shortlist candidates with different interview rounds and finalize the candidates for joining.
Keep candidate data up-to-date and utilize it as per company requirements.
Target of Closing 3 positions every month.
Required Laptop/desktop.
