Job Description

Position -Inbound voice process - domestic voice process

-Looking for only immediate joiner

-Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience at present .

-Its work from home at present but after a month or so it may be work from office .

- Rotational shift

- For female - 6.30 Am to 9 pm (ROTATIONAL)

- Male its a 24/7 shifts.

Weekly offs - 2 weekly rotational offs

- Salary - decent hike on current ctc upto 3 to 5 LPA

- shift allowances - yes

Age:30 yrs max

Cabs - yes for late shifts not for general shifts

- No grads before 2016 pass out

- Grads minimum 3 years experience

- Post Grads minimum 2 years experience .

Rounds of interview:

- Hr. round

- Voice test

- zoom call with business
