Technical Support executive required for Noida location

ONLY TECHNICAL NO SALES

Responsibilities:

• Follow-up with customers to ensure customer products and services work propriety
• Asks necessary questions in order to solve issues, determining root causes of problems and finding appropriate resolutions
• Resolve technical problems clients have with internet and cable.
• Troubleshoot effectively to understand root cause of the problem
• Introduces and promotes the use of self service options relevant to clients' needs
• Accurately obtains, documents and confirms client personal information
• Builds relevant professional relationships with internal contacts

Required Skills & Abilities:

• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• A positive and friendly attitude
• Good communication and negotiating skills
• Effective listening skills
• Ability to build rapport and gain trust of your customer
• Ability to work independently with a minimum of supervision in a fast-paced environment, while effectively managing multiple tasks
• Analytical and problem solving skills
• Level 1-2 Troubleshooting
• Organizational skills and self-discipline required to manage their time effectively
• Knowledge of relevant software computer applications and equipment
• Ability to document and record processes followed
• Desired English Level 8.0

Assets:

• Experience in a Windows and MS Office environment
• Experience in any customer service role (e.g. retail, call centre, restaurant-waiter/waitress/bartender)
• Basic understanding of how internet, wifi/modems/routers work
