Job Description
1. Must have
experience of
working in
atleast 1
major e-
Governance
project.
2. Minimum 4
years of
experience in
development
of PostGIS
programming
or using
postgres.
3. Work
experience
must span
over 2 turnkey
projects as a
DBD
1. Working
experience for
government
clients would be
added advantage
2. Knowledge of
Business
intelligence tools
3. Experience of
querying / data
retrieving using
multiple
database type
4. Exposure to
database
administration
lobs
5. Scheduling
tasks, jobs, data
migration
1. Design, deploy && maintain data
table structures, stored procedures,
reports, and queries optimization.
2. Database configuration, migration
&& performance monitoring as well as
backup && data recovery.
3. Writing efficient stored procedure
for other developers working on the
Business Access Layer / Service
Layer
4. Configuration and Designing of
Reporting Services Reports.
5. Conduct research and make
recommendations on database
products, services, protocols, and
standards
in support of procurement and
development efforts.
6. Coordinate and work with other
technical staff to develop relational
databases and secondary databases
identify inefficiencies in current
databases and investigate solutions.
7. Develop, implement, and maintain
change control and testing processes
for modifications to databases.
8. Ensure all database systems meet
business and performance
requirements.
9. Diagnose and resolve database
access and performance issues.
10. Plan and coordinate data
migrations between systems.
11. Develop, implement, and
