Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Source to Pay Platform Consulting
Source to Pay is an important practice at Genpact. It supplies a significant part of Genpact s growth and is a priority for the Company. We need subject matter and solution design specialists to enhance our current S2P platform capabilities, respond to market and develop new capabilities relevant to our client requirements to drive growth and develop our Intellectual Property (IP).
In this role you will thrive within fast-paced and transforming environments both within Genpact and the clients we work with. Most of your work will be client-faced, project-based and while no two clients are typically the same.
Our work is largely industry-agnostic so clients will be from a wide variety of industries. You will require the experience and confidence to work as a single point of contact within small to large client engagements with a diverse capability and geographical mix. Whilst the focus of the role will be primarily client delivery, you will also be aligned to bridge between our Procurement Transformation Services and Consulting team and one of our go to market Verticals for business development support.
Responsibilities - Help clients navigate implementation and configuration of Procurement Platforms especially Coupa (Additional experience on Ariba and other technologies will be an advantage) with the objective of transforming Procurement process to deliver procurement organizational objectives/KPIs.
- Provide technical and functional expertise to clients during the deployment process
- Experience and expertise in implementing various modules including P2P, Guided Buying components, Invoice management components, Sourcing, Contract Management, Supplier Life Cycle Management, Risk Management and Expenses
- Strong solutioning and proposal skills in helping create proposals to solve customers business problems and respond to RFPs
- Understand consulting eco system to participate in sales cycles and progress deals for delivery management
- Strong people management skills
- Professional Project Management credentials and experience
- Strong consulting and communication skills to conduct workshops in eliciting customer requirements
- Provide clients with necessary functional/technical aptitude to configure the product to meet business requirements and design specifications
- Ability to research, solution, or otherwise identify answers or approaches to requirements presented by clients in a self-directed manner
- Ability to facilitate requirements gathering sessions, perform Fit/Gap Analysis, document decisions, maintain configuration documentation, facilitate client testing activities, and coordinate deployment activities
- Prioritize clients interest and proactively listen to ensure that work exceeds their expectations
- Lead process discussions for leading and/or best practices
- Understand deployment of technologies in wider procurement business context and strong business acumen to understand buying channels, purchasing policies, change management, benchmarks, service management etc
- Work well in both individual and team settings both on and off-site
- Contribute beyond client delivery with practice development, knowledge transfer, operational improvement and recruiting
Qualifications we seek in you Minimum qualifications/skills
- Functional/technical proficiency with implementation of at least two modules within Coupa suite of products and additional procurement platforms such as Ariba.
- Experience in designing and facilitating setup and configuration of one or more modules (e.g., Procurement, Payables, Expenses, Supplier Information Management, Sourcing, Contract Lifecycle Management, Analytics, Inventory)
- Experience designing, mapping, and integrating Procurement Systems with third-party ERPs and other relevant business systems
- Experience in solutioning and proposal management
- Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
- Good attention to detail with the ability to think from a big picture perspective
- Ability to manage and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner
- Ability to deliver work products on time and with exceptional quality in a remote work environment
- Good oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
Preferred Qualifications/skills - Good leadership skills with the ability to foster an environment of collaboration and excellence
- Pre-Sales experience or industry experience.
- Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
