Job Description

Responsible for delivery, transformation, client management and P&L. Manages a team of up to 700 associates. Oversees Day to day SLAs and key deliverables Coordinates and partners with the client for engagement level issues and concerns Anchors the key internal and external meetings, Plan resources Monitor governance adherence within the engagement and meet client & business requirements within the guidelines, policies and norms of Infosys Identify, assess and mitigate risks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs and propose corrective actions to keep the projects moving forward Work with stakeholders across the ecosystem and internal and other vendor teams to uncover dependencies and create action plans around those dependencies Person is expected to manage a team of technical support personnel s so that we not only meet our SLA/ KPI but improve them month-on-month basis. 10+ years of experience in program or project management Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements Expertise in program and project management in cross-functional roles with significant scope. Ability to influence stakeholders without holding decision making authority. Ability to manage a team with competing priorities and provide level-headed guidance during unexpected events. Ability to self-start and create direction in a rapidly changing and often ambiguous environment Minimum Experience 12 years. 1. SLA Compliance 2. P&L Management 3. Business Planning & Review 4. Revenue Enhancement 16. C Sat Process 17. Audits and Compliance Desired /Good to have experience Worked for Google Cloud Platform or G suite or Google workspace processes in any capacity Good knowledge of google products and services example Google Search , Google Maps, Google Cloud, Chrome, YouTube, Gmail, Google AdSense. Google Drive. Google Pixel, Google Public DNS, Google News, Google +, Google news and Google docs etc.
