We are hiring for "Data Analyst or Operation Analyst"   Graduate: ba- economics /bcom /bba /bsc (maths and stats) fresher or experienced candidates (upto 3yrs.)   Post graduate:  ma- economics/ mcom/ msc.- maths & economics/ mba- insurance or risk management fresher or experienced candidates   Positions open: operation analyst/ underwriting analyst/ risk analyst/ credit control analyst/ policy serving/ claims management/ process expert/ research analyst/ technical accounting role   Salary : 2-5 LPA   Experience : 0-3 years   **Company- Mnc based of Noida/ Gurgoan   Cabs/shuttle facility: yes   Currently work from home till April 2022, after that work from office   Company is providing laptops in this work from home.

 

NOTE: Being Fresher in this domain we will provide you initial full time on job training for 45 Days, salaries will be paid in this period as well.

Job Responsibility:- In short work will be regarding pure Operation, Backend and back-office support in various processes like:

1) Underwriting Support
2) Accounting and Collections
3) Policy Servicing
4) Claims Management
5) Marketing Analytics
6) Understand end-to-end insurance business
7) Analyze and input data into systems / databases
8) Process requests basis various rules (both subjective and objective judgement involved)
9) Issue policies / invoices on behalf of the client
10) Reconciliations of accounts

11) Data Analysis

12) Risk Analysis

What you`ll bring to the team:
0-2 years of expertise 
Basic excel knowledge such as using VLOOKUP and running pivots
Excellent analytical skills
Good presentation skills Interview Process & Preparation
