The Requirement Details are As Follows. 

Position :- QC / QA Engineer,

Qualification :- Diploma / Degree Mechanical Engineer, 

Experience :- Min 7 yrs in Quality Control 

Type of Industry :- EPC Based Company, 

Job Profile :- 

1. Well familiar for Inspection & Erection of mechanical / electrical / & C&I equipments such as vessel, tanks, structural steel, pump, motors, Belt Conveyor, ID fans,           Blowers, Bag Filter,valves, piping etc. for EPC project at site.
2. Preparation of field quality plan, procedure etc. for above Equipment.
3. Preparing Inspection Checklist for above equipment.
4. Inspection of incoming equipment/raw material at site and preparation of report (GRIN) and record for traceability.
5. Conduct of welder qualification of contractor personnel and maintain the record
6. Well convergent with IS , AWS D1.1 & ASME code
7. Having qualification of NDT level-II for DPT, MPT, UT, and RT etc.
8. Coordination with Resident construction manager and customer/client related to quality documentation & inspection.
9. Internal stage wise inspection of structure/equipment
10. Issue of non-conformance, if noticed.
11. Monitoring & managing availability of required measuring instruments and its calibration.
12. Stage wise inspection offer to customer for acceptance/clearance.
13. Issue release note or Clearance for further activities
14. Maintaining inspection& ISO records
