Oversee acquiring, building, handling, maintaining relationships with Urban and semi-urban customer for offering housing loan and MSME Loan product of Bank
To source loan clients in line with the business plan and target.
Process the loan application of the customer they acquired with expectation of zero errors on documentation in specified Turn-Around-Time (TAT).
Monitor the loan portfolio conduct loan utilization checks and regular monitoring visits.
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures & practices and continuously contribute to their improvement. Accurate and timely record keeping and reporting.
Understanding customer needs and responding to customer queries & issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
