Job Description

Experience of customer relationship management from any industry will work

Communicate with customers i.e 25-30 calls a day 

Build and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
Oversee the relationship with customers handled by your team.
Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
Understand key customer individual needs and addressing these.
Meet with managers in the organisation to plan strategically.
Conduct business reviews using CRM programs.
Know your competition and strategies accordingly.
A minimum of 3 years experience.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
A team player with leadership skills.
Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
