Sr Application Developer @ VM Placement Solutions

Job Description

1) Build ecommerce portal based on Word press and Woo Commerce.
2) Work with business team on capturing business requirements and convert into mockups or
wireframes.
3) Implementing UI/UX provided by design team for web portal.
4) Updating CSS & Stylesheets.
5) Manage the new releases, hosting of the website && also code repository for same.
6) Manage Studds website which is based on PHP. Updating it time to time with latest features/designs.
7) Update website features & security patches
8) Manage smkhelmets website which is based on asp.net/C# with support of external vendor.
9) Manage devops/release management for both the websites.
10) Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations
and activities.
11) Integrate data from various back-end services and databases.

Skills Required
1) 3+ years of experience in managing/creating web portals mainly website & e-commerce
platforms.
2) Experience in Woo Commerce, Word press and PHP is a must.
3) Decent coding background in PHP.
4) Knowledge of PHP web frameworks.
5) Knowledge of PL/SQL, MySQL/MS SQL Server.
6) Knowledge of Github or similar platform is preferable.
7) Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
8) Knowledge in asp.net/C# is preferable.
9) Independent self-driven professional.
10) Positive attitude and team player.
11) BSc/BA/BTech. in IT, Computer Science.
