Qualification:Any Graduate

Experience:Need Min.2 + years experience in any BFSI and Insurance

Locality:Local candidate with good local network

Skill:Good communication skill, Interpersonal skill, Team Leading, Pleasant personality with greater attitude

Job Role:

Recruitment agent and management of agency channel team members.

Train & Motivate Agents to achieve sales Targets.

Setting reasonable sales targets to be achieved by the sales team.

Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.

Responsible for ensuring quality of applications

Make individual agents grow at least by 20% YOY

Maintain good persistency ratio with clean MIS report.
