Are you the one we are looking for
We are inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee, VBA Reporting
In this role, youll be responsible to demonstrate innovation and intuition in improving the processes through MS Excel Macro/VBA automation, project management and BI reporting.
You will be encouraged to have good client management skills and analytical skills.
Responsibilities
Manage clients and take care of them on an end to end basis on client calls
Lead data handling with a proactive and problem solving approach with good logical reasoning ability
Deliver on customer requests
Develop Macro/VBA based custom solutions within agreed timelines
Balance support mechanism and critical issues around the pre-delivered custom solutions
Identify improvement pipeline through quantitative analysis
Lead captive projects around solution delivery based on VBA coding
Maintain a detailed understanding of client process and policies
Responsible to demonstrate capacity for critical thinking, analysis and showcase good work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger collaborative environment
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate & Certified in VBA Coding
Preferred qualifications
Ability to balance customer requests and client calls
Prior experience in crafting tools using VBA
Programming experience with Excel Macro, VBA skills and BI tools
Previous Experience in working as a Business Analyst/Process Consultant would be preferred
Ability to develop custom solutions using one or more programming languages: Visual Basic, SQL
Effective probing skills and understanding of solution architecture is a good to have
Problem solving skills with customer centric approach tried proficiency with written English and with neutral English accent
