Job Description
"Responsibilities: Consulting and Domain Leadership The candidate will work closely with the account teams on building relationships and thought leadership in digital transformation space with account business users. Proactively develop new consulting opportunities in existing accounts, new prospects through thought leadership influence. Demonstrate versatile domain expertise in payer ecosystem and healthcare payer, provider and life sciences convergence opportunities. Experience in one or more payer digital areas like member engagement, digital health, SaMD, Healthcare analytics and value-based care. Provide consulting and domain thought leadership to customers, company and teams Develop deep expertise across healthcare domains, while having good understanding of wide range of digital technologies and trends Proactively track latest developments in domain, competitors and healthcare technology developments Lead and mentor a team of consultants, influence through industry knowledge, actively participate in organization initiatives to develop consulting practice Regularly develop knowledge assets, participate in webinars and external healthcare industry forums Customer Success Lead one or more accounts and consulting teams to ensure Customer Success, in a billable role, develop relationships with customer business sponsors, demonstrate CitiusTech consulting and domain leadership with transformative approach Drive end to end solution and business outcomes-oriented approach to customer success. Work with multiple proficiencies to define an end to end business and technology solution Develop and evangelize digital and transformative offerings to client prospects and drive mindshare for CitiusTech Ensure high customer satisfaction as well as impact of solutions we build for customers Mentor and develop new consultants in accounts lead by example for, problem solving and customer centricity. Periodically review projects and help drive quality of business analysis and consulting deliverable Ideation and thought leadership Synthesize market trends, customer interactions as inputs to develop and drive new digital service offerings in healthcare payer/ provider /MedTech and life sciences areas Drive thought leadership in accounts with focused thought leadership workshops, PoV development as well proactive ideation Cultural Leadership Lead by example thru CT values (referred to as P.R.O.U.D.) Commercial Success Ensure at least 70% billability for self Actively look for opportunities to grow CT services in our customers Support sales, account and consulting teams in solutioning, proposals, proactive pitches and RFPs Experience: Candidate will be based in India and should have 10-15 years of experience in one or more Healthcare domain (Payer/ provider/ MedTech/ Life Sciences) processes Experience and expertise in developing digital solutions and actively delivered consulting assignments with downstream revenue impact. Experience in working with customer business leadership and drive new innovation The candidate should have very good written and oral communication skills with ability to present to Senior client stakeholders. Should be conversant with problem solving and consulting methodologies and framework. Experience in leading healthcare convergence solutions in the area of RWE, SaMD, Healthcare analytics, digital health will be an added advantage."Employement Category:
