An exciting job opportunity with one of a fortune 500 company (india) for a professional holding good experience in Windows Server with Active Directory.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

As a Tech Specialist, you will be involved in

1. Experience with Windows/Active Directory Administration
2. Thorough understanding of TCP/IP fundamentals (DNS, FTP, SSH), general networking technologies, network architecture and connectivity troubleshooting IIS
3. Experience with server hardware builds, OS install, and patching and maintenance is required.
4. DFS deployment and configuration.
5. Terminal services deployment and configuration.
6. DHCP and WDS concepts.
7. Trouble shooting issue on production environment
8. Demonstrated experience with High Availability, Disaster Recovery, and Service Continuity process and planning
9. Good communication skill
10. Experience with Windows/Active Directory Administration
    
    
    

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Thorough understanding of TCP/IP fundamentals (DNS, FTP, SSH), general networking technologies, network architecture and connectivity troubleshooting IIS.
2. Experience with server hardware builds, OS install, and patching and maintenance is required.
3. DFS deployment and configuration.
4. Terminal services deployment and configuration.
5. DHCP and WDS concepts.
6. Deployment and configuration of WSUS.
7. Minimum 2 years of Operations experience in a 24x7 production environment
8. Trouble shooting issue on production environment
9. Demonstrated experience with High Availability, Disaster Recovery, and Service Continuity process and planning
10. Good communication skills
11. Experience with Windows/Active Directory Administration
12. Hands on Experience in ADFS, SSO, MFC
