Should have excellent verbal / written communication & interpersonal skills .
Microsoft Office proficient (Excel , PPT).
Handling induction & orientation of new joining , exit interview etc.
Preparing Appointment Letter, Offer Letter, Relieving Letter , etc.
Maintaining leave records of employees.
Handlingother HR operational Activities.
Identifying relevant expert as per the project requirement through desk research and on boarding them for further process
Conduct research over the internet across various sectors and topic.
The research would range from identifying the players in the market, identifying industry trends, building a contact list
Relevant training would be provided to the selected candidates once they are on-boarded
