Role and Responsibilities

To develop the insurance business in assigned area by supporting the Sales Team.

Strategic planning for business development of insurance product in coordination with Sales head of the region.

Training of the sales team and advisors on Product, Processes and Policies as defined by Head office.

Relationship building with insurance companies and lesioning for activity management.

Review of Sales team on insurance product Sales.

Activity Planning, Execution and overall management

Qualifications and Skills

Sales, Marketing, field work Team Handling, Team Requirement.
Must be experience in 2 Years Sales Experience and banking sector experience
Graduation Mandatory
Self-Motivated
