Opening for Sr. Accountant Cement Industry at Bhopal(MP)  Location 

1. ACCOUNTANT BHOPAL (HEAD QUARTERS)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• All accounting entries in Tally
• Maintain voucher and filing system
• Processing Vendor Payments
• Bank Reconciliation
• Taxation Direst & Indirect (GSTR1, GSTR2, GSTR 3B), TDS, etc.
• Coordinate with branch offices for administrative matters:
  • Verification of quotations for purchase
  • Verification and approval of expense bills across branch offices
  • Stock reconciliation (Periodical physical verification)
• Preparation of monthly salary and disbursement
• GST reconciliation and audit
• Monthly Debtors/ Creditor ledger reconciliation
• Coordinate with CA for monthly, quarterly, annual filings and audits
• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements (monthly, quarterly and annual), Trial Balance, Balance Sheet, P&L, etc.

QUALIFICATION & SKILLS:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting required (Masters preferred)
• 5+ years experience in general or tax accounting
• In depth knowledge of Tally
• Experience with computerized ledger systems
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to function well in a team-oriented environment
• Experience in mining, cement or manufacturing preferred

COMPENSATION: Rs. 25,000 Rs. 30,000
