We are looking for a Recruiter to become part of our Human Resources department - Inhouse
About the company:
We are marketing services organisation that is involved in various b2b marketing activities like lead generation, Tele sales, digital marketing, data management, e-Commerce services like seller acquisition and product cataloguing, audience generation for seminars or webinars, events, marketing fulfilment, etc.
We work as extended teams to our clients marketing departments and are well established and known in our industry in terms of our quality deliverables.
JOB LOCATION
Andheri (East) around 10 to 15 mins of walk in distance from Andheri station and from Metro Station.
JOB DESCRIPTION / JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Screening candidate profiles from various job portals and identifying candidates
- Email blast on various portals at regular intervals for sourcing interested candidates
- Calling the candidates for face to face interviews
- Reminder calls for candidates to ensure they come for interviews at allotted time
- Interacting with candidates when they come for interview and introducing them to Head HR for interviews
- Daily work reports and weekly MIS reports
- Assisting with documentation of new joinees in the system
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS
- A graduate from any stream with additional diploma in Human Resources.
- Good interpersonal skills along with good English communication ability.
- Someone who can work independently and is confident about their decision making ability
- Prompt and quick turnaround capability and responsible for their action
- A personality that is able to engage others in conversation and a good listener
- Understanding of human nature and ability to decipher members reactions and character
