Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

He will be responsible for smooth functioning of Finance and Accounts Departments.
He will be responsible for the supervision of the accounts department and Finalization of
Books of Account, records and Financial Statements and get the same audited.
He will be responsible for the implementation of ERP/PMS and any other accounting
software by the outside agencies as may be required and to ensure proper functioning of
the same.
He will be responsible for preparing monthly profitability / financial reports for the
management to review as part of management Information System (MIS).
Tax Planning compliances of the Company, Directors and their family members.
He will be responsible for the statutory compliances of the company e.g. PF, ESI, TDS, TCS,
GST, VAT, Income Tax etc.
He will be responsible for the maintenance and supervision of the Fixed Assets, inventory
records and secretarial records.
He will supervise maintenance of treasury management, banking operations, payables and
receivables, follow up of the overdue receivables etc.
He will be responsible for the budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Verify and monitor recorded financial and inventory transactions and to report irregularities
to the management regularly.
Evaluate the financial performance of the organization and measure returns on investments.
He will deal with the Banks and Financial Institutions for deposit accounts and Loans
syndication, submissions of the periodic information, projections, renewal papers etc.
He will be required to manage and handle Direct and Indirect Taxation matters including
finalization of computations and filing of Direct and Indirect returns and also to deal with the
government departments for assessments, notices etc.
He will be required to periodically visit branches of the company for supervision, verification
and monitoring the smooth functioning etc. whenever necessary.
He should be able to assess and monitor the costing of different operations of the company
as desired by the management, which shall be part of MIS.
To handle other Financial, Accounting matters as and when necessary, as per the direction
of the management.


Candidate Profile
10+years of experience in similar role
Excellent communication skills oral and written
Excellent networking, negotiation and presentation skills required.
Must be a skilled leader, have strong organizational skills, and have thorough knowledge
and understanding of hotel Finance && Accounting standards.


Education:

Any Graduate
Masters in Finance/ Qualified CA highly preferred


Age:- Between 40-45 yrs old
