Customer Support Representative @ Jobs territory

Job Description

Very Urgent opening for Customer Support  for Mumbai (Andheri) & Chennai (Guindy) location

Should have 0-2 yrs of exp into similar profile with excellent Communication skills and good command over Hindi & English language 

Minimum Qualification : 10+2  , Freshers with excellent communication are welcome 

Rotational shifts (NO NIGHT SHIFT  FOR FEMALES)

Experience: Experience in BPO / Tele sales / call center / front desk / receptionist / hospitality environment is preferred. However freshers are also considered

Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Typing skills (30 wpm), Telephone skills etc.

Working Days: 5 days a week (Monday to Friday full day, Saturdays are half days)

Rotational shifts (Morning 8 to 4:30 / Afternoon 12 to 8:30 / Night shift 10 to 6:30). Kindly note, female employees are not required to do night shifts 

Salary up to 3.85 lpa  (depending on last drawn experience & interview )
