Urgent Hiring for Purchase Executive

Profile - Purchase Executive
Salary - 15K to 19K
Location - East of Kailash Delhi
Industry - Constructions
Qualification - Any Graduate / Post Graduate
Experience - 2 to 8 years

JD -
1-Min Diploma in Procurement / Marine / Engineering or equivalent certifications
2-Excellent communications and negotiation skills with suppliers and internal customers Procurement Executive
3-Proficient in use of MS Office Applications (Words, Excel, Access) and SAP
4-Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from both local and oversea vendors
5-Evaluate vendors quotation to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications required for the project
6-Advise internal and external on issues regarding purchasing Terms & Conditions
7-In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders delivery and shipment schedules
8-Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors
9-Assist in ISO Annual Performance Review for vendors
10-Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
