Job Description

We have vacancy for the post of PLANT MANAGERPLANT HEADPRODUCTION MANAGER in WESTERN AFRICA. [FREE RECUIRTMENT]

COMPANY PROFILE:
In total our company has 5 production areas: injection molding, roto molding, blow molding, film extrusion and PVC extrusion.
We procure our machines from the industry leaders and since our inception we have built up the largest production capacity for plastic items in Sierra Leone.
Already many Indians are working there.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
To take care of the production and maintenance of the plant.
Direct and coordinate daily operations of the manufacturing plant
Oversee all levels of staff activity and performance
Develop processes to increase productivity and enhance performance
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed at all times
