JOB DETAILS

Provides competency in the area of Proposal Engineering for PLC/DCS, HMI/SCADA, VFD, Panel Design, and PCC/MCC, Industrial communication (Ethernet, Device net, Profibus, and Modbus) to drive efficiency in execution. Drives functional excellence in the area of Proposal Engineering. Organizes and schedules Proposal tasks assigned to her / him to complete within time and with high quality Utilizes multiple procedures, tools and guidelines, performs a wide variety of Proposal & Estimation support duties.

Job Related Competencies

Uses & Maintains all business systems for opportunities and proposals (Sharepoint, Bid Request, FTS, IFS, PWO & Track2Quote, MS Office, MS Project) Should have exposure to Global Work style, engagement with Clients working from remote locations. Hands on experience in designing, execution & selection of industrial automation products such as PLC/DCS, VFD, HMI/SCADA, Panel Design, Servo, Industrial communication (Ethernet, Device net, Profibus, Modbus) Excellent verbal, written communication & presentation skills Familiar with commercial and financial terminologies. Knowledge of best design practices, Industry standards and cost-effective solutions across globe.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCE

Bachelors in Electrical /Instrumentation / Control / Electronics 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in automation engineering on PLCs (Rockwell Control Logix, PLC 5, Compact Logix, Siemens, Schneider, ABB, Mitsubishi, etc.) , Working knowledge of Drives, PLC & MCC System Engineering. Sound Knowledge of Drives and PLC/DCS Willing to work in 2nd shift ( 5:00 pm to 2:00 am ) Has experience in Proposals and Quotations.
