Qualification: Graduate / MBA In HR

Experience: 6-8 Years
Industry: Staffing / Recruitment Agencies Preferred (Recruitment Background is a must)
Reporting to: Managing Director

A proven track record of managing a team of recruiters, having handled multiple positions and clients pan India.
Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, metrics, and guidelines.
Excellent leadership and project management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good assessment skills
Attention to detail is a must.
Role & Responsibilities:
Manage end to end recruitment process including initial assessment, interviews and offers.
Develop and inherent understanding of the workforce planning for the given year and translate then into actionable plans.
Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements.
The Position will also handle senior Leadership level hiring mandatesas given by management from time to time.
Internal stakeholder facing role and will be responsible for weekly/monthly reviews.
Candidate needs to haveKnowledge of Psychometric factorof personality of a candidate andsituational leadership/attributes.
Research andrecommend new sourcesfor the recruitment ofactive and passive candidates.
The position requires to travel to our offices based in Pan India if the need arise.
