Our company is involved in providing corporate services in different areas. Our company is a 29 yrs old established company, with a team of approximately 700 persons, promoted by experienced professionals & working with number of well-known company.

Job Summary:
Scope of work would involve sourcing & mapping covering the below:
Active participation on social media platforms to advertise & source relevant profiles
New efficient effective and sustainable candidate channels to meet current and future talent needs.
Pre-joining documentation of selected candidates
Conduct research and talent identification to identify talent at mid & senior level (i.e. competitive research, networking, direct sourcing, etc.)
Sourcing, Mapping & attracting candidates via Social media
Filtering candidates for open position
Understanding job descriptions / job specifications and source profiles
Assess applicants, recruitment materials & post jobs to appropriate job boards
Assess applicants, relevant knowledge, soft skills, experience, and aptitude
Support in co-ordination and interview scheduling
Support in maintaining trackers
Working Days: Mon to Fri
Office Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
