Designation : Assistant manager. [P.P.C.]
Job description :
1.Lead Production Planning and Control activities to ensure customer scheduling requirements are met through credible attainable production schedules and effective utilization of plant capacity.
2.Maintain balance between customer, employee and financial satisfaction by maximizing facility/department Performance Indicators to align to companys Stepping Stool of Success Strategy.
3.Ensure co-ordination between production schedules and shipping schedules to meet customer requirements.
4.Co-ordinate interplant's-contracting and delivery requirements with Production.
5.Keep the purchased inventory and supplies to such a low level without slowing down production with waiting time
6.Control work-in-process and finished goods inventory.
7.Minimize transportation costs by using proper transportation method whenever possible for - outgoing shipments, incoming materials, Work In Process and supplies.
8.Manage shop supply inventory in a proper level.
9.Monitor consigned material flow in consideration of floor space usage, ensure First One In, First One Out, accommodate lot control traceability.
10.Ensure compliance with all legislative requirements in company.
11.Basic knowledge ISO 45001 Health and Safety Management system standard
12.Basic knowledgeISO 14001 Environmental Management system standard
13.Basic knowledge IATF 16949 Technical Specification Management and company's Quality Basics system standards.
Location : Rajkot.
Education : B.E./ Diploma / Graduate degree in Material management.
Experience : 2 year.
Salary : no bar for the right candidates.
