Job location: Madurai | Chennai | Bangalore | Kochi
Engineering | MCA candidates having overall 10+ years of working experience as below.
Principal Accountabilities:
Oversee all technology operations (e.g. network security) and evaluate them according to established goals.
Devise and establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management.
Analyze the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs that is in sync with business operations.
Purchase efficient and cost effective technological equipment and Software. Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency.
Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and report to upper management.
Coordinate IT managers and supervise IDSS and other professionals to provide guidance.
Assist in building relationships with vendors and creating cost-efficient contracts.
Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and Procedures.
Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy.
Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time Audit systems and assess their outcomes.
Preserve assets, information security and control structures Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness Control budget and report on expenditure.
Ensuring 100 % belt qualification of his team as per the deadlines specified.
Coaching and mentoring of Team on regular intervals through performance review.
Ensuring VP hit ratio as per the standard fixed by the company.
Proven experience as IT Head or similar role Experience in analysis, implementation and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications.
Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software),networks etc.
Experience in controlling information technology budget.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Outstanding communication abilities
