Designation Executive operations (CCE)
CCE is required to take inbound calls related to customer requests, queries and complaints for Swiggy .
Pre- Requisites:
Must be an Indian Citizen and resident and should be 18 years of Age.
Must have Good (Verbal) English communication skills and strong Hindi communication skills should be flexible between a windows of 24/7 rotational environment (Female between 7am to 7Pm).
Fixed 9 hours shift.
No Cab
No Meals
Eligibility Criteria:-
UG/Graduate/Result Awaited Mandatory
Fresher/Min. 6 Month Experience in Customer services Stream.

Job Description:
1. Must possess V Good English communication skills, and strong Hindi skill (No RTI and MTI).
2. Clarity in speech with neutral accent.
3. Should have problem solving attitude.
4. Positive attitude and commitment to grow with the organization.

20 days training with stipend subject to certification.
6 days a week Operations, rotational off.
Location:- Noida
Salary Range Up to 20,000 Inhand (Negotiable)
