• Resolving customer query / complaints of the customers through Calls.
• Escalate cases as per escalation matrix defined.
• Co-ordination & follow-up with the Vendors / internal teams over the email / Calls for quick resolution to the customer.
• Efficiently and effectively navigating different systems and application provided for customer service.
• Provide an excellent level of customer service driven by professionalism, timeliness and accuracy.
• Ensure targets for service levels, quality and customer satisfaction is achieved.
• Other duties from time to time that may be assigned.
