1. Procuring the potential clients through networking, database, market analysis and reference.
2. Achieving the Sales target assigned.
3. Develop and manage the scheme/fund selection model.
4. Product due diligence to understand the qualitative aspects of the products.
5. Cross sell products and services to both new as well as existing customers as per their lifestyle, risk profiling and requirements.
6. Financial goal setting, planning, preparing and reviewing investment proposals for the clients.
7. Ensuring highest level of customer service to the customer acquired.
8. Assure adherence to the guidelines set by the organisation.
9. In depth knowledge about the financial products offered and frequent updation of the latest trends.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Age : Minimum 23 Years and Maximum 30 Years
Experience: Minimum 2 years plus in Financial Service sector or MBA/PGDM freshers
Minimum 60% marks in all qualifying exams.
Education: Graduate. MBA/PGDM preferred.
Salary Bracket: 2.5L p.a to 7L p.a
