Job Description

Urgent Hiring International Voice process at Accenture Airoli, Navi Mumbai and Bangalore

Key Responsibilities :

Provide functional and/or technical support for resolution of customer problems, incidents, issues, requests and queries.
Liaise with other support teams, or product teams as required to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner.
Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all incidents.
Primary responsibilities are focused on customer contact, not transaction processing.

Opening for Candidates who,

Have 0-3 experience in sales, marketing, voice profile
Have worked for bulk hiring drives
Experience in international voice process ( US/UK )
Confident, Excellent communication skills required
Immediate joiners
Qualification : Graduate ( provisional / final year marksheet required )or Undergraduate with 6 months experience

Eligibility :0-3 yrs

Location : Airoli, Navi Mumbai

Shift: fixed Night Shift, 5 Days Working, Pick and drop Included

Package :upto 6,00,000 LPA

Documents Required : Adhar Card, PAN Card, Marksheets / Degree, Experience letter in case of experience
