Job Description

:

• Handling queries from UK, over calls and chats related to flights, hotel bookings, travel insurance & car transfers/rentals.
• Offering the best available deals and then converting them into Sales
• Need to assertively handle all calls and keep a strong track of follow ups

 
Eligibility Criteria:

• GDS knowledge is must (Worldspan/ Amadeus)
• 1+ year of experience in international Voice Process inbound/Outbound Travel Sales (US/UK Process)
• Only B2C & B2B (Voice Process) offline sales. NO tour handling profiles. NO online sales/web sales etc.
• Must have Excellent Communication Skill (both verbal & written in English)
• Good Geographical knowledge
