Assisting in drafting job descriptions and specifications.
Posting job requirements on various job boards and social media networks.
Shortlisting and interviewing candidates
Planning and organising training programs and workshops for new hires.
Maintaining a detailed record of the companys employees.
Employee Engagement. Planning and conducting events
Conflict Management.
Conducting exit interview to identify the reason for termination/resignation.
