We are hiring for INTERNATIONAL VOICE PROCESS for Customer Service and Telesales profile.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

0 - 5+ Years of Experience into international voice process

Domestic experience is not accepted !!

fresher's & experience can apply !!

Customer Service and Telesales Profile- International Voice
Customer Service - troubleshooting, solving issues with the customers on call.
Telesales - Up selling, Cross Selling and retention of the Customers.

Eligibility:

1. Excellent communication skills.

2. Willing to work in 24/7 Shift in full time environment.

3. Undergraduate should have experience in BPO/NON BPO in customer Service/ telesales profile.

4. Graduate Freshers can apply.

Work Location: Pune.

Both ways cab Facility Provided.
