* Should involve in sourcing, screening, interviewing and coordination.

* Well versed with sourcing & job posting on Job Portals like Naukri, Monster, indeed etc.

* Should have excellent verbal / written communication & interpersonal skills.

* Should be proficient in using Microsoft Office (Excel, PPT).
