Job Description
Sr. Engineer PPC | Production Planning, Control
Experience: 4-8 years | Age Group: below 35 years | CTC : 30-40 K pm
Qualification: Diploma or B.E in Mechanical or related streams
SKILLS
- Male, 4-8 years of Proven experience in planning and execution of production activities in the field Machining, Fabrication, assembly
- Planning and Monitoring of Daily, Weekly, Monthly production Schedules & execution of it. Reporting as MIS
- Distribution of workload to operators to achieve daily production targets
- Process improvements to effectively utilize equipment, materials to maximize production, develop operational and planning strategies to achieve production and financial objectives.internal auditor for any one of the standards
- Planning of Raw Material, consumable, indirect material, tools required for production
- Capacity planning according to customer schedules, plan resources as per requirement
- Strong in ISO:9001-2015 & IATF:16949-2016 standards, also should be certified
- Experience in working with Japanese or German MNC or its Tier 1 Supplier
- Strong knowledge in calculating Cycle time, takt time, OEE. etc.
- Good Knowledge in Lean Management Systems or TPS
- Lead team of 75 persons/more | Maintain Targeted Inventory levels in all stage of production Lead the Production planning and achievement on day-to-day basis on the shop floor
- To ensure On-time delivery of goods to all customer | Knowledge of Product Costing
- Act as layer between all customers & company for production/delivery related queries
- Monitor, control costing as per BOM & Ensure it doesn't exceed the given parameters
- Follow up with purchase team for raw material and Subcontract activities
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Good in problem Solving Skills, presentation and execution of New product planning
- Ensure the delivery of the material as per customer specific requirements
- Supply chain planning, ordering and scheduling as per minimum inventory level
- Maintain cordial relations with workmen and team
- Plan and allocate resources including raw material and manpower via shift schedule
