Hiring for  Branch manager / Chief  Branch Manager in NBFC CO.

BM/CBM

The purpose of the job is to Branch profitability by constantly endeavoring to bring up productivity and also ensuring reduction in costs in areas deemed desirable by the management. To monitor the performance and learning development of Sr. RMs. The detailed job profile is appended below:

1. Ensuring the productivity of Select and Sr. Relationship Managers as per the expectation of the company by planning activities for sales, identification of training needs and measurement of product penetrations, customer awareness and satisfaction.

2. Handling HNI (High-net worth Individuals) clients by themselves for closure of sales on all products without subsequent delegation.

3. Ensuring adherence to Sales Processes.

4. Minimum 5-9yrs experience in BFSI, NBFC, AMCs, Insurance

5. Grade/Band:: M I/ M II

6. The position would be reporting to Cluster Head

7. Package: 6.00 Lacs to 10 Lacs + Incentives + Other Benefit

8. Maximum Age bracket should not be more than 36years.
