10+ years of providing technical solutions including 5+ years of in a combination of relevant Big Data/Analytics

Extensive knowledge of Hadoop and other Industry BigData Frameworks

Working knowledge of underlying infrastructure for Big Data Solutions
(Clustered/Distributed Computing, Storage, Data Center Networking)

Experience in handling deployment of large distributed Big Data Application.

Experience in designing, building and operating cloud services in IT

Experience in building & managing high performance solutions working on Big Data, Cloud, AI technologies

Excellent verbal and written communication; experience in effectively communicating with teams located across different locations. Strong leadership skills; ability to influence without authority

In-depth knowledge of design patterns and refactoring concepts

Practical expertise in performance tuning and optimization, bottleneck problems analysis

Strong technical aptitude/affinity; experience working hand-in-hand with software, test, and/or system engineers

Possess expertise in Object-Oriented Analysis and Design
To be able to clearly articulate pros and cons of various technologies and platforms

To be able to document use cases, solutions and recommendations;
Deep understanding of Agile (Scrum) and SDLC process

BS/MS degree in computer science or related discipline

Responsibilities:

Responsible for delivery of Technical solution at program level.
Drive applications design, development and maintenance
Drive Java EE, Java web application frameworks (Spring), Java application servers and containers (JBoss, Oracle AS, Tomcat, Jetty)
Provide solutions in big data technologies and frameworks including but not limited to Hadoop, Spark, MapReduce, Pig, Hive, HBase, Oozie, Mahout, Flume, ZooKeeper, MongoDB, and Cassandra
Support big data solutions developed in large cloud computing infrastructures such as Amazon Web Services, Elastic MapReduce
Manage client-driven large-scale implementation projects
Documentation of solution architecture and design.
