Desired Candidate Profile
- Collaborate with IT Team/Accounts Managers to learn about technology and leverage that knowledge to source top IT professionals for our clients openings.
- The ideal candidate must have minimum experience as a Technical Recruiter for US Staffing, Should have good experience in working with Direct clients.
- Working experience with Job boards like Monster, DICE, Techfetch.
- Experience sourcing consultants on W-2 (salary / hourly), Corp-to-Corp and 1099.
- Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates.)
- Must be willing to work in night shifts (EST/PST).
Timings: 9.00 AM to 3.00 PM
